Hey there, friends! Welcome to Competition prepare Today we will learn How to MAde PAv Bhaji Whih is Famou dia As well as Most part of the Asia. we know it as a Street food and we like is very much Today, I’m gonna share a recipe for pan masala. If you ever get a little hungry and need to whip something up quickly, give this recipe a try! It’s super easy to make and tastes amazing. Plus, doesn’t it look great? So, let’s get started! First, we’ll add two tablespoons of oil to a pan. You can also use butter instead of oil if you want. Once the oil is nice and hot, we’ll toss in a teaspoon of garlic.

First, we’ll lightly sauté the paste. By “lightly,” I mean we’ll cook it on low to medium heat. Now, let’s add some finely chopped onion. Take a large onion and chop it up like this, or you can use a chopper if you prefer. We’ll just sauté the onion for about a minute to a minute and a half until it changes color a bit. Once that happens, we’ll throw in some finely chopped bell pepper—about a cup or so. We’ll sauté that a little too, but we don’t want to cook it too much. Just lightly.

We’re going to roast this, and now we’re going to add finely chopped tomatoes—let’s use two large ones, maybe even a bit more if you want. We’ll mix that in, turn the gas to medium, and sprinkle a little salt so the tomatoes soften up quickly. After adding the salt, we’ll cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes. After that, we’ll mash the tomatoes a bit. So, let’s wait, and after 2 minutes, you’ll see the tomatoes have softened a bit. Now, we’ll add some spices. First, we’ll put in…

Take about a teaspoon of coriander powder and add a little bit of turmeric, then toss in half a teaspoon of red chili powder. You can adjust the red chili powder to your taste. Next, we’re going to add two tablespoons of pav bhaji masala and mix it all up nicely. If you want, you can add even more pav bhaji masala—an extra teaspoon if you like. Once everything is well mixed, we’ll mash it all together really well so that the tomatoes are nicely blended in.

So, it’s all mashed up now, and check it out, it gets ready pretty quickly because the tomatoes were cooked for just a minute, so it doesn’t take much time. Everything’s nicely mashed. Now, we’ll add a tablespoon of lemon juice for some tanginess, and throw in a bit of finely chopped cilantro. To make it even tastier, I’m also grating a little cheese into it. The cheese is totally optional, so you can add it if you want!

So this time, we’re going to make a really tasty dish by adding a few things. First, we’ll melt the cheese nicely. Now, our spice mix is ready, so we’ll transfer that. Then, in the same pan, we’ll add two big tablespoons of butter and throw in some peas. We’ll let the peas melt well and mix everything around nicely. Now, we’ll take the bread and cut it this way, but we won’t cut all the way through—just a little bit. The butter is nicely heated now, and we’ll add a bit of dried fenugreek leaves to it.

Keep the gas flame really low here. Then, we’ll put in all the ingredients and add about half a teaspoon of pav bhaji masala. We’ll also add a bit of the veggie masala we made earlier—about half a teaspoon of that too. Mix it all together and spread it out evenly on all sides. Then, we’ll cover it and let it cook well on one side before flipping it over. Cook the other side nicely too. Just a little on each side, and it comes together really quickly!
