  I was practicing transcendental meditation for many years. And from the deep meditative experience there, I created the Wow Method. When the Wow Method was created, it had nothing to do with studies. I created this method so that I could take my meditation to the next level, but when such a situation arises in life,   where I had to continue my studies to get a job, I applied this method and it fitted perfectly. This method is not limited to just meditation and studies. Till now, whatever I have told about the Wow Method, it is only 50% of Wow Method. Any study method is not even close to Wow Method for any competitive exam. I can say this with full confidence and you will also believe this after knowing the Wow Method completely today. Many people set a time limit around the exam for which they are preparing, in order to remain positive to make themselves feel good, that this thing happens only in this time, but remember one thing that A person locked inside a cage may remain safe but he will never be able to see the outside world. A very famous quote is” The time you will take to achieve your goal depends upon how much you are concentrated and on what you are concentrated upon”. This quote is divided into 2 parts just like our mind and just like the Wow Method. Part One of the Wow Method deals with the conscious mind meaning on what you are concentrated upon Part Two of the Wow Method deals with the subconscious mind meaning how much you are concentrated on. Now, Before understanding both the things, you will have to understand some basic things. When we perceive things with our five senses, it is called a conscious act like seeing, I will see you, I will see you, I will keep seeing you, listening   to you feels like a lot to me today.

Wow Method

When we are in wake state, that is, we are awake, then both our conscious and subconscious mind remain active. We start studying consciously, but at this time our subconscious mind. Many thoughts are being created in my mind and at any time we catch hold of one thought and become attached to it and after a long time we realize that we have come too far and this happens again and again, then we realize this. One gets depressed because of the fact that we sat for so long to study but the output that came out of it was just so little and the problem is that we are not able to concentrate on that. Can’t find the point At which we lose our focus How exactly like a dream When we find ourselves in a dream At that time we are somewhere in the middle of the dream We don’t know where the dream started. Part One of the Wow Method  protects the student from this very thing. It ensures that the student does not lose his focus and even if he does, he does so, consciously. Only to come back and continue again. In Part One, we close our eyes. And we visualize things. Why are our eyes closed? Because out of our five senses, 80% of data is percieved by only our eyes. When our eyes are open, we feel like looking at the phone for a while, seeing the weather outside, and then come back.I look at myself in the mirror and then all our senses run towards it and our mind finally says, boss, now we have spent so much, so let’s take a chip, Uday, let’s go to drink tea, So basically we close our eyes and shut down our conscious mind. Here comes the part two of WoW method which has not been discussed yet. It talks about how much concentrated you are.The focus and concentration power of any two children can never be same but that is not the point. The point is whether concentration and focus can be increased.

  I can tell that it is definitely possible, even if you have such poor  focus power, why not go through it? But this focus power can be increased.I myself had accepted that I will not be able to achieve anything in life but only to realize that if you have will power then you can change your destiny with it . So what is in Part One is that you sit down to study, you will study with full focus and whatever you read will be imprinted in your mind but to follow Part One, you will have to sit down to study, that should be your priority. That should be in your intention because if your attitude is such that yes, I have to go shopping today, then I have to go play today and yes, maybe there is one more work to do – studies, then even part one of the Wow Method will not be able to help you. This is where part two of the Wow Method comes in handy, which works on your intention. Thousands of thoughts come to our mind in a day, but out of all those thoughts, how many are such thoughts which are related to our goal? The reality is that we need to think very few times throughout the day, so we can save this mental energy or direct it in a positive direction, but our subconscious mind spreads raita in our mind. And to clean this raita, you will have to take the help of six things: Discrimination, Detachment, Damah , Toughness, Introspection and Chanting. These six things are not written randomly, they are in an order.

  Only when you improve the first thing, you will be able to do the second thing. But you can improve, without improving on the first thing, you cannot move forward. This discrimination is not what we often hear. It means deciding what is important in your life and what is not important. Make a list and divide it into two parts. Divide into important and trivial and wherever you spend your time throughout the day, divide those activities into two parts based upon your goal, which things are important for your goal and which things are trivial for your goal. It means it is useless. Put it on your study table. This will make it clear to your eyes as to which are the secondary things in your life and which are the primary things.

To remember this, you should read this every day and Read book and blog related to Wow Method. But you will have to contemplate. Contemplation means thinking about how you waste your time in these things. Close your eyes and use the wow method. What you have to do is to visualize every morning after waking up and after your chanting, if you give 10 minutes to visualize how this thing is wasting your time, which is on the secondary place in the list of trivial and how this thing is wasting your time. If it is helpful for you then the picture will become very clear in front of you and with its help you will be able to practice detachment because now you have come to know what are the secondary things in your life. Damah means controlling sensory organ. If God has given a mouth to it. It doesn’t mean that I can eat anything. If God has given me eyes, it doesn’t  mean that I have to see everything. I can see that too. If God has given me legs, it does n’t mean that it’s a weekend.

I can go anywhere. If your first three things are strong then your fourth thing will automatically become strong which is Toughness. Often we fall ill and do not feel like studying even for a minute. But imagine that your health is very bad and you are lying on the bed. From here your mother call you that you have to go to pick her up from a place because there is nothing from there to come back home, Then even if you have to travel for half an hour to come home, then you will travel that too, then what is there in studies that you cannot study even for a minute. Despite being ill, I took very heavy medicines at the time of my preparation and despite that, I used to take only 4 hours of sleep. The only reason behind this I believe is that if your mind is very strong then there is no situation which you cannot face,and no situation Be able to touch you, be able to move you. The purpose of this channel is to convey the second part of the Wow Method through my videos through interesting topics. After this, there is introspection . Introspection means looking inside yourself, for this you need to contemplate. It will require a good amount of time, but you can do this only when your first four steps have been done very well, because if you sit down for introspection today, then you will do it wrong. This is the best thing a student can do for himself. That is to uplift your consciousness because this thing will make his mind an unbreakable mind. In the end, when these first five things are completely clear to you, then you will keep improving your meditation or your Chanting continuously.
